Ten new communities added to Brandon Westman Cable
Brandon Westman Cable TV will expand by 10 Manitoba communities including Pilot Mound Glenboro Elkhorn Hamiota Shoal Lake Rossburn Erickson McCreary Minitonas and Winnipegosis. Ivan Traill says the cooperative is pleased to extend services and meet a long term goal. All towns will receive CBC and CTV signals plus The Sports Network Nashville Network Cabel News Network Arts and Entertainment Network and MuchMusic with at least three more channels depending on location. Construction starts later this year with expected service rollout in early 1987.
