Hamiota Bonspiel Excitement Grows in 1994 Spiel
The 1994 Hamiota Men's Bonspiel drew thirty eight teams with strong draw to the button action thrilling spectators. Scott Greer narrowly missed the button as his rock covered most of it but failed to cover the pin by half an inch. Rivers’ Jim Thompson skip led his team to the A final win over Oak River. Multiple events sponsored by local businesses highlighted a successful event amid strong community support.
