Blanshard Council Frames By Laws and Prepares for Hearings
The Rural Municipality of Blanshard held its February 9 1988 meeting with most councillors present. The agenda covered three draft by laws on remuneration officers and a reserve fund, with readings and waivers to third reading. Also planned are a February 23 hearing by the Clean Environment Commission on the Oak River lagoon issues and a March 8 meeting. The council discussed grants insurance staff training and forthcoming seminars and accepted correspondence from agencies including PFRA and the Manitoba Water Services Board.
