In Whitby Ontario Thomas Smith a church member and union steward spoke against Sunday work. Refusing Sunday labor he was fired prompting 425 workers to walk off at Lake Ontario Steel. He plans to move to Melita after holidays July 7 to 11 and will assist at a Vacation Bible School in Hamiota.
