Teulon bonds aid new sanitary napkin venture
Rural Development Minister Len Derkach announced approval of an $800,000 Teulon Rural Development Bond Corporation sale to finance CARE Corporation Inc. Aimed at manufacturing environmentally friendly feminine hygiene products for Canada and the United States, the venture could create up to 50 jobs in five years. The Manitoba government guarantees the initial investment.
