Farmers seek WANTED 1 and 2 ton trucks or trailers with stock racks for July 15 at Frank McPhaden's farm. Agricultural Office requests volunteers to bring a truck or trailer and assist the Field Day by 1.00 p.m.
The executor of the George S. Anderson estate invites offers to purchase the residence of the late Mr. and Mrs. George S. Anderson in Hamiota. Offers in excess of 3000 dollars will be considered and should be left at F. M. Manwar ing’s office in Hamiota on or before July 15, 1955.

The Scotia W A Ladies held their annual bazaar and supper in the church on June 8 realizing 252 dollars. Music was provided by the Hamiota Band and Tom Strachan paid tribute on the church’s 60th anniversary with Faith of Our Fathers. Local residents and visitors are listed with various travels and visits around the area.
