Cleaning Continuous Clean Ovens A How To Guide
Continuous clean ovens have a surface area 40 to 80 times larger than regular ovens due to hills and valleys. Surface is cleaned by heat but spills should be wiped up to prevent buildup. If needed, use a light detergent and nylon brush, avoid metal pads, soak 15 to 30 minutes, then rinse. Or heat to 475F for two hours, but energy use is high and cleaners may damage the surface. Do not use oven cleaners on continuous clear ovens as they can harm the hills and valleys.

Doug Gourlay received the funds from Paul Cosgrove to fund 101 municipal projects across 54 communities, including storm and sewer work, recreational facilities, and fire protection. The 1980 agreement earmarks 10.45 million for 103 federal funds, with CMHC and the Manitoba Department of Municipal Affairs administering the program locally.
