Actions include maternity leave for Janice Scott. a request to release 10000 to renovate the division garage. termination of Hud Dale. van purchase for maintenance. plumbing and foyer door tenders approved subject to board and office approvals. new custodian Jim Routledge. route pay adjustments. and bus routes for 1981 82 set with notice to discuss routes.

Mrs May Gardham of Kamloops and friends visited the Parkissimo Lodge on Saturday. Rose Finkbeiner, June Reid of Brandon and Keith Kirk of Crandall dropped by during the week. Mrs Rutledge and Myrtle Wiggins were visitors with Mr and Mrs I Sazaras. A June birthday luncheon honored Rose Finkbeiner and Pick Scott, with Dorothy Finkbeiner, Isabella Finkbeiner, Susan Popper as guests. Sympathy extended to Mr William Leland family on their loss.

Undergraduate Subject Award in Grade 10 Boys physical education tie between Thomas Heapy of Oak River and Terry Radcliffe of Cardale. Terry placed first in the Grade 10 Math contest and won the Grade 10 Citizenship award. Grade 12 Subject Awards to Arlene Black for Geography 200, Sharon Simms for English 200, Canadian History 201 and a cash award towards obtaining a United Nations Seminar in Brandon from August 23-28. Bruce Espey received the following awards: Accounting, Mathematics, Business Principles and Business Math and Machines. Also a certificate of merit for achievement of 24 credits and the Grade 12 General Course Proficiency. Mrs. Iris Davidson reports $697.00 as the amount collected for Cancer
