District grads from High School and Graduation Exercises on June 25 include Alan Smith Ron Smith Eddie Smith Kathryn McLean and Karen McLean. Ron Smith earned top marks in Geography and Physics with 80 percent averages. Shirley McLean earned Grade XI Business Education honors.
Cardale and area residents are noted visiting relatives in Winnipeg Minnedosa Brandon and Victoria B C. The Cardale Bison beat Virden 8 to 2 and Cardale Mesquito defeated Hamiota 8 to 4 in local baseball games. Get well wishes go to eight year old Ryan Crighton after surgery at Hamiota Hospital and best wishes are sent to Mrs. T J McTavish.
