The advertisement promotes Victor radios via B. R. McNaugh’s as agent.
Advertises store specials with items such as Bee Hive Syrup Aunt Mary's Coffee Crosby White Corn Spaghetti and Manitoba Honey No 4 No 5 tins and pilchards priced 19 to 29 cents during February 21 to 24.
Olive Stewart daughter of J. G. and the late Mrs Stewart of Hamiota Manitoba married George Hinde of Flin Flon at United Church Manse Flin Flon on January 11 1936. Rev H MacNeil officiated. Attendants were Miss Laura Gagnon and J H Stewart. A reception followed at Mr and Mrs D McMartin home. The couple will reside in Flin Flon.
The Hamiota United Church lists Rev. T D Barnett as pastor with a Sunday February 23 1936 service at 11 am titled Thow Art Peter The program includes questions about building the Church on Peter and about names cited for church building A Sunday School at 12 10 and a 7 pm Curlers Service On The Conquering Stride A discussion thread adds Christian stewardship and running with God themes The week will also cover Peer Gynt currently playing in Winnipeg
