Hamiota Council Minutes Outline 1985 Meeting
The Hamiota Village Council held its fourth regular meeting on December 18 1985 at 7 p m with Mayor Mennie and councillors Litzenberger and Smith present. Minutes of December 5 1985 were adopted and numerous correspondence items were noted. The secretary was instructed to cancel a grant application and contact the Premier about approval difficulties. By law 25/85 received first second and third readings with suspension of section 183 2 to finish third reading that night. The October 1985 financial statement was adopted and the meeting adjourned at 9 58 p.m. for the next session January 2 1986.
