Seeds We Sow and the harvest of Deceit in Jacob
A Strathclair Baptist Church sermon by Don Oddie reflects on Psalm 73 and the Jacob story. It argues that prosperity of the wicked is a false impression and that deceit leads to deceit, citing Jacob’s deception, the Leah-Rachel switch, and the consequences seen in Levi and Judah. The message warns readers that God cannot be mocked and that a person reaps what they sow, urging self-examination of one’s life.
