The U C W Quilt Sends Solidarity to Nicaragua
A Brandon Presbytery UCW group unites over two thousand women to craft a forty two square quilt for Nicaragua. Embroidered in Spanish it declares support from Canadian UCW members to Nicaraguan women. The quilt acts as a banner for Tools for Peace and funds will aid notebooks and roofing materials.
