Rural Municipality attendance discussed joint crawler tractor purchase for garbage pit and snow plowing. Apartment block project offering nine parking stalls accepted. Co op interest charges to be canceled. payment policy communicated to suppliers. By law 28/86 third reading granted. signing authority assigned to Vern Litzenberger in mayor's absence. Adjourned 11 39 pm.
