During the Wasinsen Regional Games in June 1996 in Hamiota Shoal Lake GWEN SNELL nowy highlighted archery as a positive sport. Volunteer Terry Lee oversaw the event, and informal talks about a local club progressed toward an open night to form the group.
McTavish has long tied to archery and hunting as Gerry backs the move and will handle inquiries. Adults encouraged to join Dec 3 and subsequent sessions Dec 10 Jan 7 14 21 28. Miniota Curling Club marks 100th year with cross province celebration. Tai chi meets at Hamiota Collegiate Library 7:15 pm led by Vaughan Thorsteinson. Oak River hosts a youth Christmas crafts evening on Friday December 5 with hands on festive item making. registrations close December 3, call Bart at 764 2374 to pre register. Proceeds from a later Sister Dorothy concert support the Heritage Arts Centre with tickets priced 15 dollars and 10 dollars for students.
