Oddfellows Lodge Attends Divine Service in Christchurch

Members of the Oddfellows lodge attended Christchurch in a body last Sunday evening. Visitors from Oak River lodge and one Rebecca were present. Rev. J. McKinney delivered a sermon on the parable of the good Samaritan using the text Go thou and do likewise. The address impressed many long-time attendees and the church was crowded with a special choir performance enhancing the service.

The choir then visits New Zealand Australia and South Africa before returning to England on September 20.
