OES Royal York elects officers and plans 1990-91 gifts
The March meeting of OES Royal York 30 held elections for the 1990-91 year and organized fund raising gifts to Hamiota Hospital Shoal Lake Strathclair Health Centre and numerous charities. An Honor Night on March 18 featured a roast beef supper for 45, with Grand Ruth Betty Murray and Dorothy Switzer honored. The evening included presentations by Grand Officers and a distribution of tokens and engraved plates. A later April 18 Installation of officers was conducted with W.M. Shirley Winstone leading, marking Royal York 30–50th anniversary year.
