Health Minister L. R. Sherman addressed about 285 delegates at the Manitoba Health Organizations Inc. meeting in Brandon on April 10, 1980. He cited four department priorities including manpower, legislative reform, a three year health facility integration study in Swan River and Virden, and strengthening health care delivery through leadership and standards upgrades.
