Collegiate Announces Spring Events and Semester Plans
On Friday March 24 students enjoyed a half hour presentation by the Dauphin Cowlerettes and attended a dance at the Collegiate. Badminton finals are set for April 6, 11 and 13 at Birtle and Hamiota with Zone 10 finals on April 15 here. Upcoming events include April 7 talks on university entrance requirements from Brandon University for Grade XII, an April 10 Evaluation Day, and mid term reports to parents on April 11. A meeting planned for April 10 aims to discuss student programs and semester system implementation next year. Pre-registration completed by Grades 9–12 signals potential timetable changes and staff reductions. Mr. Ward of Rivers Collegiate may attend to discuss operations with staff and parents.
