New York March 18 Max Nayor, an approved manager for Rathbone & Bowr Brokers, was arrested today charged with embezzlement relating to a shortage in the firm’s funds. He had acted as confidential manager for the firm and faced the probe amid broader unrest and insurgent activity in the region.
