Delegates Attend 87th Clinton Baptist Convention Highlights
Delegates from Raven southern Ohio counties gathered in Wilmington today for the 87th annual Clinton Baptist Association convention. Counties represented include Wright, Payette, Clinton, Ross, Greene, Warren, and Jackson, Urbana. C. Thompson, president of the North Lewisburg bank, identified Dave Brannham, 39, as one of three men who celebrated the event.

County Bar Association says bids withdrawn on bonds
The Cuyahoga County Bar Association reported that two bids were withdrawn in Jefferson county's 960,000 bond issue after challenges on bid withdrawal. Attorney General Gilbert Bettman ruled no bids remained and the bonds may be sold without further advertisement. In Cleveland, 1795 farmers from 80 miles protested low milk prices.

Funeral for John Thomas Mugayin Held Next Saturday
