Rehabilitation plan for district by Vocal Industries

The Vocal Industries Rehabilitation committees will cover six Ohio counties and 65 Kentucky counties in the Fourth Federal Reserve district. Fred A. Grier at Cincinnati announced the territory, with Ohio counties including Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Adams, Brown, and Highland and many Kentucky counties listed. R. W. Nelson said executive board members are naming division chairs who will appoint workers to canvass every plane and office within the territory. if canvassing begins October 11, Cincinnati would be the first large organization to start. A general headquarters report urged rapid rehabilitation work, noting a backlog of industrial equipment needs spanning eight years of pre-1930 production and deficits in 1930–1932, creating a substantial demand for machinery.
