Y W C A Notes On Evening Classes At Perera

The Young Women's Christian Association held an education and mission night with classes in English embroidery Christmas fancy work sewing knitting and art. Fifteen enrolled in sewing twenty in knitting and a few in arts classes. Enrollment in federated gymnastic classes showed a rise from opening day last year. Miss Luluzenberger led physical drills while Miss Chireene Burnell prepared materials for physical development. Evening sessions will continue with French bookkeeping decorative arts and aesthetic dancing. Classes meet tonight at 7 pm with schedule today at 3 pm high school 7 pm beginners and 8 pm advanced.
