Newton Law of Miltonville Dies at 74 in Dayton

Newton Jasper Law, a native of Miltonville born April 14 1840, died in Dayton after long illness. He served in Co 10 8th O V during the Civil War and later worked as a shoemaker and carpenter. He was married to Emma Faup of Winchester, later living in Dayton, survived by wife and daughter Mrs. Chora Starck and grandson Russell Starck. Funeral held in Dayton with interment there.
