Middletown Men Fail Volstead Plea Guilty in Court
In Dayton on May 11, Middletown residents charged under the Volstead act were arraigned before Judge Sater. Charles Lemon and Chris Snyder pled guilty after initially denying guilt, each fined 200 dollars plus costs. Henry Post admitted guilt and was fined 250 dollars plus costs, while Sebrin Post received 100 dollars and costs along with thirty days in jail.
