Strickland to Speak at Lyceum Colloquium

On Monday evening, March 13, Frederick Guy Strickland and his wife May Strickland will deliver the fifth lecture in the Lyceum course at the Coliseum. Canal plan eyed for new Lockland aqueduct use

A committee including John Wy JT and Oliver Hasenermp of Toledo and De. It. i Grube of Xenia prepared a report for the state legislature. It urged amending the Bence bill to allow turning the Miami & Erie canal into Milleweek at Lockland aqueduct instead of 300 feet beyond Mitchell prem.
