Oxford D June 2 A village board released facts on water works to inform residents about proposed bonds. Water output rose from 139 to 760 gallons per minute after well improvements, prompting plans for an elevated steel tank and electric pumps at the water plant. A large, modern unit at the light plant is urged to meet rising demand, cut costs, and ensure reliable supply for fire and domestic use.
