Harrison Dollings Manager Granted New Trial

Dwight Harrison former Secretary and General Manager of the R. L. Dollings Company and William G. Benham ex President and general counsel were granted new trials by the U S Circuit Court of Appeals in Grand Rapids Michigan. Both Columbus residents were convicted in federal court of using the mails to defraud in stock sale. Sentences were 20 years and a $5000 fine. a 60 day stay to appeal was set.
