Frank Todd Died Thursday at Oxford Farm Home

Frank Todd died Thursday after six weeks illness at his home on a farm seven miles north of Oxford. Born in County Down Ireland, he came to the Cincinnati area as a boy and later settled on the Oxford farm where he lived and died. Survived by three brothers William Thomas and Whigh and sister Miss Margaret Todd. Funeral services Saturday at one o'clock at the Swouse with interment in Oxford Cemetery.

Resignation of Oxford Deputy Marshal Mil ler Ends Night Duty

William P. Miller, deputy marshal and night watchman, tendered his resignation to Mayor Hughes. He will take a bus driver job with Buckeye Transportation of Hamilton. Deputy Walter Finley filled night duty for two nights. J Durer also covered. Appointment to succeed Miller to be discussed at tonight's council meeting.

Oxford Farm Bureau Meeting Forming at High School

The Oxford County farm Bureau plans an all day meeting in the Hamilton high school auditorium Saturday presided over by W K Swan of Oxford. A large number of Oxford township members expect to attend. Oxford schools have reopened and the town is livelier since students left December 15 and 16. President R M Hughes spoke at Miami University chapel about Bu's grip and urged students to avoid crowds and seek exercise to stay healthy.

A public school was broken into during Christmas vacation. Entrance likely gained Sunday night through a basement window. reports say a few bells were heard before entry. Damaged rooms include the locker area. experts say the break is being investigated.
