Fragments from a Cincinnati newspaper page
A jumbled OCR page offers scattered notes on speeches by Merrill in Cincinnati about business poise and salesmanship, references to Ohio education and utilities plans, a Cincinnati General Hospital ordinance, railway securities, livestock and horse concerns, a Humane Officer, and satirical local commentary on marriages and fashion. The text blends historical civic topics with social quips and partial civic notices.
