Prominent case involved Manager H a pacing horse raced as a three year old in Illinois and Iowa winning 10000 dollars that must be returned. owner Dr W B Hawkey Belvedere declared the horse a four year old. John Martin case also unsettled leading to R F Dygert Springville NY suspended until funds are returned and horse identified.
