Frank Day Killed in Hunting Accident Near Lemmick Farm

Moran Passes Out After Chase By Marshall O Hair
Frances Moran collapsed unconscious in his backyard after being pursued for several blocks by Marshall O Hair. An officer, who began the chase at Ford and Dean garage, carried Moran inside. A heart attack is said to have caused the fall. Moran surrendered to Prosecuting Hamilton Monday and agreed to plead guilty to intoxication before Mayor Bartley.
