The Putnam County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids at the County Auditor's Greencastle office until 2 PM on July 6 1914 for 72355 feet of gravel road improvement in Russell Township known as the J W Clodfelder road. Bids must include double bid bonds with at least one local resident or local surety company, and affidavits denying collusion. The board may reject any or all bids and a completion period will be fixed.
