Houck Ralph E Knoll and Walter Albaugh sue Standard Heating Co claiming 5000 and a receiver be appointed for the firm They allege December 1919 notes secured a 4000 loan from Citizens National Bank used to promote business with stakes in the company They say 104 25 was paid leaving balance due and unpaid and mortgage property in Greencastle used as factory and offices is pledged The case involves Greencastle Chicago offices and stockholder actions including Knoll elected president and Albaugh secretary
