Ephraim Keaton Dies in Greeley Home
Ephraim Keaton a noted original Union colonist died at his Ninth Street home last Friday of diabetes. Born in England October 21, 1839 he was a longtime Greeley resident and builder. A weaver by trade he amassed real estate and belonged to the Greeley band. He leaves a brother two sons and a sister. Funeral 1:30 Tuesday at his home with Rev. R J Hunter officiating. many old colonists attend.
