Funeral of Rev O W Fisher passes through Greeley
The funeral party of Rev O W Fisher arrived in Greeley last Thursday evening and was greeted by old friends who invited the widow to stay. She declined and asked to sleep in the house where her husband began his ministry. Fisher had moved a Evans house onto church property in 1875 and later moved it to 1218 Third street. T R O Neill owns the home now and Mrs Fisher stayed there Thursday night before returning to Fort Worth Texas Friday.

Alumni of the University of Denver in Greeley and friends met Thursday evening in the M. E. church basement for a reunion and chicken pie supper. J. W. Lakin served as master of ceremonies while Rev. Scalded to Death in Windsor Child
Donald Lewis three years old, son of T G Lewis of Windsor, was scalded when a boiling water pot toppled over in a kitchen. He died at Loveland hospital after hours. The funeral was held at Christiana church with burial in Lakeside cemetery.
