World’s Largest Potato Starch Plant Nears Completion
The giant potato starch factory at Greeley is nearly finished and expected to start within days. Built by Senator W L Clayton and Mr. Bothwell of Michigan, it cost about 75000 dollars with a capacity aligned to potato supply. The project aims to aid Weld County growers by disposing of unmarketable crops at fair prices, especially in hard years. Meanwhile, Rev. Herbert W.
