A Japanese suspect, Ben Kawamoto, confessed to shooting a victim in a restaurant on Eaton Street Saturday night. Eaton October 2 The condition of W E Beltz who sustained a serious left eye injury a few days ago at work on the water tank at the sugar factory is improving more rapidly than expected. A small piece of steel flew and embedded in the eyeball. He was taken to a Greeley specialist and the outlook now is that sight will be unimpaired.
Girls Gymnasium Class Formed At Congregational Gym
The Congregational church launches boys and girls gym classes under the Young People's League at Park Arch Gymnasium. Miss Mary Schenck will instruct for thirty weeks with four classes offering one lesson weekly, including drills, dances, and team games.
