Harold Eidson son of Mr and Mrs O Eidson disappeared after bidding his mother goodbye for school. Police alerted city and neighboring towns including Denver and Cheyenne. Father R O Eidson traveled to Denver to seek trace. Harold, fond of engines, is believed may be in railroad yards around Denver and has not caused trouble or left home before.

John McCoy died this morning in Greeley hospital after a week of severe illness. He was 77 and survived by two grandsons in Greeley. Arrangements have not been made for his funeral service.

Poultry Cups on Exhibition in Weld County

Fire Delays Ditch Digger in Johnston Trench
A ditch digging machine at Johnston’s waterworks trench burned Monday night delaying work by about two days. The wooden front end and coal for the engine were involved, with spontaneous combustion suspected. Repair will take about a day, after which pipe laying will quickly follow.

Ault Votes to Pay Off Floating Debt for Water Plant

Firing Shot Bad Business in City Hay Meeting
John Bouck swore out a warrant for William Sparks after Sparks fired three shots at him when Bouck arrived with hay into town. New York Nov. 14 The price of eggs this winter threatens to break last year’s record. Wholesale prices rose 3 cents a dozen, 25 cents since Sept. 19, with best eggs at 62 to 64 cents a dozen.
