Twenty Nine to Graduate at Greeley High School
Greeley High School will graduate twenty nine students this year eight teen girls and eleven boys. Commencement events begin May 21 with a Union reception and Junior reception at the Congregational church. Class day is May 24 at the high school. Rev Doane will deliver the class sermon at the Congregational church and the exercises will be at the Methodist church. The address may be given by Dean Parsons of Colorado College. The high school chorus is rehearsing for the cantata Rather the Beautiful Queen to be performed Friday. A health officer report urges sewer mains for the north and southeast parts of town to curb typhoid and improve sanitation, noting open mill race and dairies lack proper sterilization. a cow suspected of lumpy jaw was examined and a permit recommended before selling milk.

Mrs. 8 S Poe leaves for California to visit Perry Poe at Mare Island where his ship the Yorktown has docked for repairs. Murray seeks pardon among seven new parole applications

A 9 year old girl, Eva Warner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Warner, was killed near Windsor on her way to school. She slipped while crossing a cattle guard and was crushed when a Colorado & South train passed. Witnesses were two younger siblings who ran to town in horror. There was no inquest yet.
