Youth Arrested for Bicycle Theft Sent to Reform School

Fl Myers, a youth with prior county court appearances on similar charges, was brought to court last Saturday charged with stealing a bicycle. He was sent to the reform school until age two, after the bicycle belonging to Harry Bliss was recovered by City Marshal Williams.

The late congress adopted a key amendment to the free alcohol act enabling farmers to distill waste farm products into denatured alcohol. Government agents will denature and police the product while allowing farmers to operate beyond designated points, expanding production and use for power heat and light.

Reopened Adjudication of Big Thompson Water Rights

The adjudication on the Big Thompson river water priorities was reopened due to an oversight. Bee Line ditch challenged lack of notice, Jayde Garrigues resumed the case with Referee Bennett presiding in place of absent Referee Robinson. The Boyd Lake reservoir project by D. Sanborn faces adjudication for storage rights on Thompson.
