Greeley Fourth Celebrations Highlight Band and Local Life
The Greeley Silver Cornet Band led by G D Horne upheld the town’s musical reputation as two thousand strangers enjoyed a peaceful Fourth of July. Firemen conducted themselves with courtesy, while civic attention focused on gas lighting plans, circus attendance, and a steady stream of visiting dignitaries, merchants, and residents.
