Funeral of Mrs Bracewell and Odd Fellows in Boulder
The funeral of Mrs Nellie Bracewell wife of William Bracewell drew a large crowd at the Methodist church in Greeley with about forty carriages. A subsequent Odd Fellows celebration in Boulder included a long parade, bands from ten lodges, and a ball at the rink with dignitaries from multiple lodges.

Widow Mrs Carpenter Dies After Stroke in Greeley
Mrs Carpenter widow of Daniel Carpenter died at her son LeRoy Carpenter’s home after a gradual decline from a stroke. Funeral services were at the Methodist church conducted by Rev Lucas. She was 77, a longtime Greeley resident since 1871, and her husband died two years ago.
