The Associated Relief Group reports 6 468 garments distributed to 4 868 families with about 1 0 garments per family. Unemployed in Greecefey collected 387 pieces from two Tellet ryan with 854 stored for owners. Red Cross, Mrs. Carolina K Williams home, and Well county support drought relief and war effort.

Senior Class Play Is by Noted American Writer Tau Tothecoh

Tau Tothecoh author of Distant Droten and Greeny Wigh school ventor ofsan play will be presented at the Light achat cuduwtum Thursday and Friday May 4 and 5. He has lived a life from Oakland to New York, writing several plays and novels. His works include Wild Birds Daughters of Music The Orchard and Wild Orchard. The University Civic Theatre in Denver staged Distant Drum last fall. Tickets remain at Clark and Faulkner and from seniors. two performances will be heard clearly from any seat.

May Fete at Gateton Draws Large Friday Crowd

Pupils of Gateton grade school staged a May Fete Friday evening. The program included a play Why Mey Festival, various acts, and solo and choir numbers. Cast featured numerous named students and teachers, with a May Queen and pageant roles, amid songs, dances, and instrumental solos.

Deaths and Funerals for Clifford Ecker Held Today

Funeral services for Clifford Ecker take place at Macy's drawing room at 2 PM with Kika in charge and Rev. B. Hannan assisting. Interment follows at Tinn Grove. sister Mrs. Florbert Itels of Gering Nebraska and her husband have returned to Greeley for the service. Ecker’s mother Mrs. Her ron Jackman of Colorado Springs, plus a sister and brother Jon, survive along with aunt Mrs. Flo McDoneld and uncle Ernest Ecker.

Model Airplanes Displayed in Local Store

Two model airplanes, made by Lynn Thomey and Gala Rosling of Greeley, are first to be added in a local display at the store window. The exhibit is for display only, not for prizes. Any boy or girl may enter a model plane for the window display, with several more expected.

Jane Wilson Reports Work to House Board

Monthly meeting of the board at the House of Noishberly Services heard Jane Wilson report on work by the Howell worker. Mike Wilson noted average kindergarten attendance of 98 at the Mexican colony and 33 babies brought for weekly care. The board learned a colony girls group will sing on KPKA Friday May 1 at 4 24 o clock.

Schriver Book Store Moves to Ninth Avenue Location

The Schriver Book Store will relocate from its Ninth Avenue site to a former Hore Hook & Sim- Honery room on Fourth Street. The remodeling includes a modern front area and new book display spaces. George D. Horne, founder of Horner's Book Store in 1885, remains a central figure in the business transition.
