Flood Claims Dozens Dead Across West Virginia Counties

A flash flood devastated parts of West Virginia with at least 19 dead and 3 missing. Platteville Youth Dies From Fire Injuries at Station

Thondore H. Kinstather a 4 year old Pluttleyive lad died at Wold County Public hospital after a fire at the Nablender filling station in Platte evilla. He was working on a vehicle when a backfire and fuel line rupture led to flames. Witnesses helped extinguish the car fire and rushed him to the hospital where he died about 8 30 pm Saturday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 40 pm at Platteville Methodist Church with interment in Kilanak Cemetery.
