Two Japanese homes in St. Petersburg were broken into last night with $100 in cash and watches and rings stolen. In the first house robbers rifled clothing and found $100 in bills, then moved to Toga Magi’s residence and took rings and watches. Authorities suspect an insider knowledge of the area. No arrests have been made.

Reeves, 29, stricken on Friday afternoon with hemorrhage of the lungs, died hours later at the Union hotel in Greeley. He had come from Nelson Nebraska two months earlier seeking health improvement. Unmarried, he is survived by a brother in Nelson. G E Chamberlain, a friend, took the body to Nelson for burial.

Water Tower for Protection at Windsor Sugar Factory
In Windsor on June 22 a water tank taller than the factory smokestack is being built on the sugar factory grounds for fire protection. The 125 foot tower will hold 400 000 barrels of water and release it automatically when a fire heat triggers melted lead plugs in ceiling pipes. Good Road Amendments to be Discussed at State Convention
