Relatives share in estate settlements in court ruling

In the Courts Treaty five relatives of Emily C. Wagner of Gresley who died December 1 1954 shared 35 123 remaining in her estate by an order of distribution and decree of final settlement signed Monday by Judge John J. Dooley. The largest shares went to eight siblings each receiving 466. Judge Dooley also signed a decree for the estate of L M DeHart who died October 7 1954 distributing 31 078 to his widow Esther XN DeHart. Net value for lax purposes was 13 220 including jointly owned property. A decree for Casson E Reeser who died November 28 was signed, with 4423 remaining divided equally between his two children Mary Edith Patrick and Jesse L Reeser.
