Frank Clark Charged With Assault On Patrolman Brown
Frank Clark was brought before Justice Hatch on charges of assault with intent to kill and assault with a deadly weapon against Patrolman Brown. The charge of assault with intent to kill was dismissed. Clark was bound over to the district court in a bond of 50 dollars plus costs. He drew a revolver and fired in a disturbance about four weeks ago after Brown attempted to arrest him. Clark was fined 50 dollars and costs and decided to appeal the case when re-arrested by the sheriff.
