Three men jailed for string of tavern robberies in Colorado
A parolee Jnelud ly du ex convict, Andrew Kiddie 44 Eugene Laughlin 25 and Kenneth Thurlow 30 were charged in robberies at inns in Broomfield Platteville. They robbed Pistleville and Platteville taverns taking about 25 to 26 dollars and a bottle of liqueur. Laughlin drove the car while Kiddie and Thurlow held up clerks. Police say the trio planned and committed the crimes earlier in December and were turned over to Jefferson county authorities for trial or sentencing. Captain Janes E. Childers cited the arrests and noted Denver police would hand the case to Golden authorities for adjudication.
