State officials reject bonding company settlement offer

Knife attack in Fort Collins ends in fatality
Fort Collins December 7 C G White is dying from knife wounds after a cutting affray at a local scene. Robert Langford is under arrest charged with the assault. White, 24, of Denver, was stabbed through the left lung. Langford claims no knowledge of the incident, saying the crowd was intoxicated. Langford has a wife and family.
